I assume you're using wifi?

yes got WiFi. It's all good. With BT

WiFi being good (on the BT router) doesn't help as the mini and Q need to talk directly over their own wifi connection.

Try fully resetting the network on the mini - via the settings - that does use the BT wifi to begin with.

Oh ... what 5GHz wifi channel is the BT router on?
