Not very happy as i set up new aky package , a week or two after my signal completly disapears , now i ahd to wait almost two months for an engineer

You will have been provided with the earliest available time slot in your area. The high winds / storms recently will have increased the workload for engineers in respect of checking and correcting dish alignment.

yes i booked an Engineer in early January and the only available slot was at the end of february
