The fine adjustment to elevation, azimuth and skew is likely to be impossible without access to a Q-compatible signal meter. If above ground level there's obviously also some element of risk involved, so really not advisable.
Note that the cheap meters available online are typically compatible with Sky+ / Freesat LNBs but not Sky Q
