My sky dish bracket has rusted and the dish has come away from its fixings

As I've said my sky dish bracket has rusted away and the dish has become detached

Please answer do you fix it at no cost ?   Please speak to me !!

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers and we answer when we can ~ not always immediately.

Although the dish transfers to your ownership, if you have Sky Q give Sky a call to arrange an engineer. That would be at no cost. It may be quicker for you to arrange a local satellite company but that would be at your own expense.

We're a customer Community. It's unlikely that Sky will reply to you here. If you contact them to report the issue,,they'll send an installer to sort it out for you.
