My sky box tries to connect to another broadband network not mine

My sky box regularly loses connection and then tries unsuccessfully to connect to a neighbouring broadband network not mine. Any ideas ?

How do you know it's trying to do that?

When I notice sky is not working and lost connection under settings it shows the rogue network name it is trying to connect to.

Thanks - Do you know, if I connect the skyq box via an ethernet cable will that solve the problem and I can still connect my sky mini boxes via wifi ?

It might work if you disable 2.4GHz wifi (which the Q uses to connect to non-original-Sky-routers) and leave 5GHz enabled (which is what it uses to talk to the mini)

or use powerlines to connect the mini and disable wifi completely.
