My sky box slow after getting new one

It's getting very frustrating. I have a new box sent to me from sky a sky Q box because my old one was running slow if I do a speed test on my Internet it's normal.  And  works fine on my computer and phone. But my program is buffer on apps like Discovery plus and even Netflix struggles to even load  I have tried restarting and restarting my Internet but nothing improves it

I feel for you ,I was going to leave sky as my bill is horrendous, so after being told I coukd have a new box its new fast and I wont regret and money off each month 8 thought why not ,eventually arrived so set it up which was a nightmare and set remote control ,now neither tv turns on or off so have to do on the wall which messes up recordings ,yes I know how to set it up but worked for few days and stopped also its constantly throwing us out and out of apps so constantly signing back in its absolutely rubbish never had issues before now it everyday its rubbish both boxes have issues now its beyond frustrating so ringing sky again hooegully wont be number 500 in que and will have a human who can communicate and sort this as its the 3rd time wish I had just left im fumming as its never been like this considering I was sold a all singing a dancing package the only dance I do is a sky dance to the sky gods asking it to work !!!!!!!!,expense for what ?!,

I purchased an added these two boxes onto my router. And the other to the sky q box. But what happens is now if you turn the Sky Q box on and off the TV just says no signal.  if I take the plug and line back off  it connect to the TV fine again I don't get it. I think I just wasted £40
