My sky box keeps wiring and won’t switch on and says you will be ready to go in a couple of minutes

Sky will be ready in a couple of minutes so far has been an hour and still no screen

Hi @PeteAlex Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
