My sky box keeps recording stuff like sky news and a political show . I never watch stuff like this

I never watch these programs but occasionally my sky box records them , I am not amused

Make sure they're not accidentally set to record in your scheduled recordings.

Definitely not on series link. I never watch stuff like that !

Go into Settings > Setup > Preferences, there's a couple of things in there you can change if required that will normally automatically download the next episode if someone has watched one of them via On Demand.

Any recorded show will have a Delete Series Link if it has been set although ours seems to record random films from various channels for some reason so it may just be something you have to live with.
