Keeps going to a black screen every minute or so. I thought at first it was an atmospheric problem, as it was throwing it down with rain, but that appears not to be the case. It happens on a regular basis, only for a second or so, but its annoying when I'm watching a film or live sports. Anyone else having this problem after having a Q box installed recently ?

@ChrisJ1961 have you tried changing your HDMI cable

Mine has been doing this for weeks now , new sky q box , software updated , expensive hdmi lead ( tried in every port ) my ps5 and fire stick work fine in the same ports ( unplugged/ disconnected when fault finding) , tv and sky q are in separate sockets (plugs) it's unwatchable , signal is 90 and 90 . Every electrical outlet in the room is empty and off . Even the other rooms . Apps and channels are equally effected. Black screen flashes / blips happen frequently some times we get 20min before it happens other times it everywhere min. Internet is solid too can wfh stream and game with no visible issues
Anyone resolved this . ?

Mine is doing the exact same thing, I also have the sky mini box which isn't doing it. So.... I've tried useing the hdmi from the mini, still does it, I've tried useing my 4k hdmi from the ps5, still does it. I've tried resetting my sky box back to factory settings, still does it, I've tried resorting my TV back to factory settings, still does it. It doesn't happen with ps5 or the Nintendo switch, just the sky box a couple of months ago ( its actually my 2nd one as the first one they sent was faulty), my old box lasted 7 years without a single issue, currently the euros are on,.if I miss a goal I'm going to pretty annoyed, the box is out in the open, well ventalated, no physical damage to any leads, checked the plug socket its in, no faults visible. I've also went to extreme, I've opened my TV, checked my t-con board, checked my y-con board ( these 2 separately control the sound a picture ) checked my power board, checked every capacitor, checked every fuse, checked every chip, found no issues. Also, the TV settings page remains on the screen when the sky box cuts out, it's not the sky box turning off and on as it lasts half a second then resumes with what it was doing, its very annoying, clearly the latest sky box is not fit for purpose, and considering the price you pay to watch sky, you would expect a lot better. For now I'll have to connect my sky mini and have my main sky box on next to it. Not an ideal solution especially for people who don't have a mini box
