My sky box is faulty and sky want to move me to Sky Q is this a good move, can they change my package and pricing by moving me over.

As @Daniel0210 says you may wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q

SKY +/HD to SKY Q

An alternative to moving to SKY Q is to get a second hand SKY HD box from the likes of ebay
