My sky box has lost connection to sky broadband. I’ve turned off all other devices and followed set

I have repeatedly followed the set up instructions to reconnect but it won't connect.

 

I have also turned off all other devices

Thanks, yes, a few times. I've got an engineer coming out tomorrow. Thanks for your reply though
