My sky box green light isn’t coming on

My sky box isn't working,batteries changed in the remote control,still not working,no green light on sky box

I have same problem. No green light on Sky Q box only amber. Have tried disconnection and new batteries in remote but no resolution. Can you help please

@Stevep6 have you tried pressing the amber light as that is also the on button if it comes on then you may need a new remote
