My sky a mini box doesn’t get power . When plugged , there is no power at all .

Hi , my sky mini box doesn't get power at all . When plugged, there is no light , red or green , displayed.

Have you checked the fuse in the plug and have you tried it in another mains socket?

I have changed the fuse already and plugged it in a different socket , it's the same .
