My sky Q won’t connect to my WiFi. My internet is with three

My sky Q won't connect to my three router. I have 5g broadband and it used to work but now it won't connect to my WiFi.

Hello,

I have the same issue. It used to work and then a few days ago it stopped connecting. Other devices are fine, phones, smart TV, laptops. It's just the Sky Qv box. Seems like an update has broken it. I have tried turning everything off and resetting the sky box, nothing is working.

Anyone have any more ideas?

My issue is now resolved you need contact broadband provider they have done a update. Which is why it is not working. My 5G broadband is Three. I callled them up they new about this problem they what to do. Solving 5 minutes.
