Hi can anyone help, my sky Q mini box is in my bedroom. It keeps loosing sound. I have tried all the reconnecting and unplugging ect with the advisor on the phone but it keeps doing it. This is the 3rd time now. It usually comes back on by its self after 3 to 4 days but its annoying. I don't have my health to keep running up and down stairs trying to reconnect the box to my main Sky Q box. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
