My sky Q keeps recording programs that I’ve scrolled onto for a couple of minutes

When I don't want that program recorded.   Is this a setting I need to turn off?

@grasstrimmer could this be the watch from the start banner where on some channels you get a watch from the start banner if you accidently press the ok button on the remote(middle button) it will download that programme except on the bbc chanels where it takes you to iplayer

Ah, that is a possibility.   I have noticed that iPlayer launches but was unsure why.  Thank you, we will keep an eye on it.
