My sky Q box won't connect to my sky router sky router doesn't have a WPS button I've tried multiple

My sky Q box won't connect to my sky router and my sky router doesn't have a WPS BUTTON I HAVE TRIED CONNECTING MULTIPLE TIMES

@Can+I+get+a+free  All Sky hibs have a WPS button, if you have the broadband hib the WPS is on the right hand side.
