My sky Q box won't link up to my Wi-Fi even tho my internet in the house is working ok??

never had this problem before?? It's just all of a sudden happened?

Hi @Pmazur74 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

never the less I just tried your idea and still no joy??? 
I have great internet connection on all other .... iPads , phones etc but just my Qbox just won't pick it up?? ?? 🤷🏼‍♂️
