My sky Q box is flasing blue but not conecting to TV

My sky Q box is flashing blue. The remote flashes when buttons are pressed but if I press home it won't connect to the TV.

Hi @Lozza21 Place your TV on standby then, try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
