My sky Q box is buzzing really loudly the only way to stop the noise is to switch it off at mains

My sky Q box has always buzzed really loudly since I had it a few months ago. I have tried a few fixes taken from the internet but nothing works and it can often be heard over the sound of the programme the box gets hot too even though there is plenty of space around it for the air to circulate
