My sky Q box constantly pauses it’s self without anyone using the remote.

Sky Q box constantly going into pause without anyone touching the remote. I reset the box in the usual way power off etc it will be ok for a day or so then starts again. This happens on live tv and recorded programmes. Also mini box keeps showing blue screen. No error message just blue. I've tried the long reset procedure give to me by sky which again clears it but back it comes a few days later.

You tried taking the batteries out of the remote to eliminate that as the root cause?

I don't think "Sky" is a real Sky employee id so likely tagging them will have zero effect.

Yes, even bought another remote and still does it.  Be looking to go off sky next year at end of contract so that will sort the problem.
