My services haven't been restored fully and have no hope of ever speaking to an actual person

Had my services reinstated after late paying my bill. None of my services have actually come back on. I have no way of speaking to an actual person to have them check and put it back on which they've done previously. For whatever reason I cannot find that number.

Anyone help please........
