My second box upstairs keeps going off quoting mini box not connected no internet then it comes back

My second box upstairs keeps going off stating no Internet connection then it comes back then frezzes this will happen on and of all evening this has only been happening the last 2 weeks  I've turned box off checked Internet it dosent happen to the TV downstairs

@Mandy19671 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then 

rebooting your mini box

Yes I have tried all of those including turning the WiFi off downstairs
