My screen goes blank every 10 minutes and stays blank for about 15 seconds.

After 15 seconds the TV resumes normally. But its very frustrating when its happening every 10 minutes.

Have you tried a new HDMI cable? How long has it been doing this for?

It only started after I got the new fibre box installed. and no I haven't tried a new cable. I am not great technically but I will get my nephew to try that. Thanks for your reply.

An odd coincidence perhaps. Can't think of a reason why the new internet connection would cause those symptoms. Unless somehow they are in close proximity and the connection between the sky box and TV was physically affected.

They are actually in close proximity. But I'll try a new HDMI cable and see what happens. Thanks again for your help.

Don't spend more than you need to. Any 18Gbps certified cable will do the job. Amazon basics even. There are some real ripoffs out there.
