My sat dish has been distroyed in bad weather. No channels are on
The next door neighbour trampoline hit the sky dish and its damaged

Seems like you need to check your neighbours and your own Domestic insurance.

You will need to contact Sky to arrange a repair/replacement but you're likely to be charged. Alternatively contact a local satellite company, again at your own expense.
