After checking the basics, ie; re-pairing etc if your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (apparently this is not available to customers in the ROI).

It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer or larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.

Hi @Amanda270570

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Hi @Amanda270570

Was that Pressing and Holding 7 & 9 together.

You need to hold them for a few seconds.

Also does the LED on the remote light when you press the Question mark (?) button or the Microphone button on the remote.  These are the only individual buttons that will illuminate the remote led.
