My remote control works as far as controlling everything except getting past Accessibility on skyQ any help please.

@Roger073 try the following 

Unpair their Sky Q remote from the box by holding 4&6 the remote should flash 4 times you should be able to yhen clear the information screen  then hold 1&3 to repair the remote control

If 4&6 does not allow you to clear the information screen, try holding 7&9 to reset the Sky Q remote then hold 1&3 and follow the on-screen setup journey to allow the remote to control the TV.

Hi, sorry it's a winge......

Why does sky ask for there equipment back when I was told yesterday " we don't want your box back, just bin it, why now they don't recycle.... seems pointless asking for old equipment back on one side to then be told no we don't want your old box as it's so old you can just bin it? What happens to the thousands of OLD old boxes, you should swap EVERY box over surly? Otherwise they go into landfill via a black bag as my council doesn't collect waste electronics. All a bit mad I know but just seems a odd policy to have. Only the newer old ones you want back?

spoke today to a really great customer service lady today by the name of Lynn in Scotland, who owned the issue and saw it through from the beginning to the end, thank you Lynn. If there are any Sky customer service managers who look at this please can I express my true thanks to Lynn, we need more lady's like her in this world. Thank her please.

You can return old Sky equipment for recycling, as explained here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/recycle-sky-equipment
