I have signed in and have movies I should be able to use this but keeps saying I do not have a linked account

Where does it indicate that the Paramountnplus App is linked?
Did you first subscribe through Sky Marketplace as the very first step.

I went through on the my sky app on my Qbox...
I then go into the app and get a message to say I don't have a valid contract / subscription
No problem. Browse or search to find help, or start a new discussion on Community.
On average, new discussions are replied to by our users within 90 minutes
