My new sky box has not been delivered.

My new sky box wasn't delivered today between 9.48- 10.48.

We are customers on here trying to help other customers. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services.

 

Was this a 'doorstep box swap' for a faulty box? Perhaps DPD are delayed.
