My new Sky box has arrived but no router for broadband

Hi, my new equipment has arrived but I don't have a router for broadband.

Hi @Sheryl2 

Normally (assuming it's Sky Broadband) the Broadband router is posted out before Q install.   The installer brings all Q TV boxes on the day of install.

Are you sure that it is not the Router that you have received?

I'm installing myself but not been sent a router, only a sky q box and 2nd box for upstairs tv.

@Sheryl2  If broadband was ordered at the same time as Sky Q the lead time for broadband is 10 working days minimum.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
