We had a new Sky Q box and dish fitted last week. It keeps on losing the sound. Picture is ok. We have to turn everything off at the mains and allow it to reboot to get the sound back. This is happening several times a day. Never had this problem with our old Sky plus box.

What's your audio output set to?
Using the standard Sky HDMI cable? Tried another?
