My new Sky Q box has been delivered and connected but I cannot get it started.
My new Sky Q box is not operating. I followed the written and then on screen instructions but it is not operating.

@Eradicate can you tell us what is happening are you getting any on screen messages
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

No on screen images - As instructed I press 'home' button after blank screen but nothing happens - I then get 'no signal'

@Eradicate check that your HDMI source is the one your Q box is connected to you may have to use your TV remote to cycle through the different HDI inputs on the TV to find the one your Sky box is connected to
