My Netflix a count is locked out and in spanish. Asking for a 4 digit pin which ive never had.

1. Change your password on the account. (You should also change any other account where you use the same password as netflix)
2. Use function in the article to 'sign out of all accounts'
If you can't change the password, you need to contact netflix.

Thank you. I contacted Netflix. They were brilliant. Call answered immediately and had me sorted in no time. Amazing service. Sky should take note and take a leaf out of their book for customer service!
