I have recently change internet provider and now my multi room box is saying it can not obtain an IP address

Probably needs a network reset, as the IP addressing from the new router is different.
Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side.
Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
