My mini sky box is not showing tv guide

The mini sky box is working but no TV guide on it for 48 hrs now its just showing waiting for schedule

Hi @sandihall 

First try rebooting the main Q box and then when this is completely back up and running reboot the mini.
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Reboot the mini as above.

We have the same problem, has been ongoing for weeks despite resetting the boxes. Anyone got a solution?

My sky is not got any tv guide it says waiting for schedule it's been like this for 2 days now?

Try the following:

1. Turn your Sky Q off at the mains.

2. Re-start your Internet router & wait for it to re-establish an internet connection (use another device to check this).

3. Turn your Sky Q on and wait for it to reconnect to the internet.

4. See if your TV guide appears.

Pretty poor that we have had the same problem on main box and both mini boxes, for the past year. Very frustrating! Surely there must be a proper fix and not just a temporary one?
