My mini box started freezing and now won’t turn on

Last week my mini box in the bedroom would suddenly change from the programme being watched to a screen showing adverts of films etc along the top and a list of apps below. It wouldn't respond to the remote but on being switched off and turned on again would work perfectly. Sadly this star of affairs lasted several days before it completely shut down. Now red button comes on but then to further response to remote control. I've tried the reset button but still nothing. I'm 71 and not tech savvie so any advice will need to be pretty idiot proof. Thanks in advance

Hi @lau321 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the mini box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
