My mini box is stuck on step 2 of 4 of resetting the wifi

I tried resetting the Wi-Fi on my mini box and it is stuck on step 2 of 4 (error: MR001). Even after switching it off at the plug, when I turn it back on it is still on this page because it won't connect.

We turned our main sky q off and it's fine but our mini box isn't even having tried to reboot. It's stick on step 2 of 4
