My mini box always freezes. I have to reset it on daily basis.

The mini box freezes on daily's basis. The wifi downstairs is fully functioning. But I have to unplug and reset far too often. It's becoming very annoying

@NathalieCiet are you rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then 

rebooting the mini box

If you are then you mini box might just be on the limit for receiving a signal from your main box and you may have to contact Sky to see if you can get a booster to boost the signal or an engineer
