My main sky q box is stuck on the orange light and will not turn to green

Can't watch sky. Main sky w box is stuck on orange light. And therefore can't use sky mini box either

Hi @WillBlack 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

I need help with this, the amber light won't change at all and I've tried everything from pressing the button on the box itself to changing the batteries in the remote.  Nothings working and I don't wanna unplug it from the source, because I'd lose all the recordings

@BillWalk0705 unplugging your box from the wall socket and plugging it back in will not lose your recordings
