My main sky box is not connecting to the correct network, yet my mini box is connected correctly.
Last night, out internet connection dropped. When it reconnected, my main Sky Q box is connecting to an unknown Sky broadband signal and not my network nor my Sky broadband. However my Sky Mini box is connected to the correct network. However, the minibox now won' t work as the main Sky Qbox connection isnt matching and connected to this unknown broadband connection!! . How can I resolve this?

Hi @Helsbo
As connection to Sky Broadband is by WPS then it cannot be connected to any other Sky Broadband.
I suspect you are looking at the SSID of the connection in your Q box Network Data. This is the Sky SSID of the WiFi mesh that the Q box is generating and not someone else's router.

Thanks for the advice,
called Sky who, without hesitation, told me to check that my recordings area of my skybox wasn't full - and of course it was 100% full.!! She told me to reduce this down to about 65%, and then we reset everything and now it's working fine. So that might be another avenue for anyone to try if they lose connection between their sky q main box and their mini q box.
