My chikd has pressed something on the remote, i cant get a volume whilst using sky

My child pressed something on the remote , now we cant get volume whilst using sky. Anyone to help please

Try a reset of your remote:

Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light flashes 4 times

Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair  with the box and your TV  - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared

I know I may be stating the obvious, but your child didn't press the mute button by any chance.  Left side of the remote just below half way next to the ? button.
