My sky Q is not recognising my router and the booster only shows 2 green lights

Hi @Charlie+Mth 

If you are trying to connect your Sky QWiFi  booster to your router then

1. With the power and wireless lights on green.
2. Hold the WPS button on your booster for 3 seconds until it flashes amber. Then hold the WPS button on the front of your hub for 3 seconds until it flashes amber - You'll need to do it within 2 minutes.
3. After a few minutes, the connected light will turn green. You're all set up.

Then to connect your Q box carry a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky or 3rd party router
If you are on Sky Broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the nearest Sky Q device (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). You can use the WPS button on on the Booster if it nearer to the main Q box then the the router.  
If the the router is nearer to the main Q box then make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.

Unplug both router and booster for thirty seconds plug both back in when all three green lights are on router 

Push the button on the side that looks like ying Yang  not the reset on the back of both till they show orange they will then

conect after few minutes.

It's "Yin & Yang", kind of, on that WPS button but yeah that should do it.
