My Tnt Has not been working for over 4 days , i am paying for this service and nothing , It's clearly a Problem due to other posts , Is anything being done to rectify this ? All my other channeks work .

Do you use your own dish? If so it's likely a dish misalignment
If there was an issue with the channel itself the forum would be inundated with posts and that is not the case.

I have Sky dish and it does say no Satelight signal. yet all other channesla are working

Firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check the troubleshooting in this link

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If it doesn’t you’ll need to contact Sky to book an engineer appointment.
If you are connected to a communal dish you need to liaise with you building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.
If it is a misalignment it's not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.

I have Sky Q and exactly the same problem. Every channel fine apart from TNT Sports

I have the same problem. I can watch TNT through Sky Go when the Sky Q box is connected to the app. This is not a signal problem, it's a software issue. Please sort this out Sky. I pay a lot of money to you and you obviously have a fault. The only channels I have an issue with is TNT and it makes no difference as to weather conditions.

I have exactly the same issue and have checked that my dish is aligned.
It only affects the TNT sports channels. All other channels are fine an signal strength, lock and quality are all ok
