My TV is not working, Set light problems. I need help please, No TV,, my only companion for2 days.
I am a alone 68 years old lonely 68 years old woman and had not been able to view my TV, my only companion for two days because of Setlight problems. I have reported these problems to Sky but there has been no support whatsoever,. Can any one with compassion and empathy to help me please?

What is your problem - are you getting a message saying No Satellite signal ?
When you say SKy have been no suppoort did you manage to speak to anyone & if so what did they say ?
If you haven't already done this try doing a power down restart of your box:
The first thing is to restart your main SKY Q box :
Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.
