Discussion topic: My SkyQ box is set for BBC south, but i want to change to default BBC Wales on channel 101

I can't seem to find how to change the default channel for BBC one, I used to live in southern England but moved to Wales, but 101 is still set for BBC South as apposed to BBC Wales.

@EmmaE Did you update Sky when you moved? The default region is based on postcode.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I did yes and my postcode is set as the new one, I checked that because I hoped it would change automatically
