My SkyQ box has a message Hard drive not working. I have completed a hard drive reset, but no joy.
Do I need to request a new SkyQ box as this one is quite old now?

Looks like you have done the reset and that has not cured your fault.
Have a read of this Sky help article, about hard disk problems and at the bottom you can order a replacement box for delivery to your home, swapping out the old one.
You need to be logged into your sky account after clicking that link.

Thanks for this. The normal reset did not work, but the factory reset did work. The box is quite old now, so it may need replacing soon. Appreciate the reply.

I have not completed a hard drive re set ? How do I do that? It says technical fault ? Only terrestrial channels are working no sky??

So is the error message problem with the hard drive or technical fault?
