My SkyQ box and TV switch off for no apparent reason. Often when I am scrolling the TV guide or the menu

Have you tried a reset?  If not turn off the power to the SkyQ box either at the plug or pull out the power lead at the back of the box and wait at least 30 seconds, then power back up.  Follow the onscreen instructions, it can take several minutes but when everything is loaded back up try again and see if it is resolved.

Hi @DaveCz 

Have you checked in your TV set settings if there are Eco standby settings?

With the latest Q software if the TV set is shutting down it will also switch the Q box into standby.
