Sky constantly dropping out saying problem with broadband connection despite there being a full broadband signal and checked and confirmed by BT, we have even got another booster sitting a few feet above Sky box.
I have seen all the denial by Sky blaming broadband providers that is why we have had BT check,
I am appalled at Sky operating or not in this case, I want this sorted because I pay a lot each Month and are getting little satisfaction, unless something is done I will be leaving SKy,

So do you have Sky Q or Sky Glass/stream?
You should also be aware that you're talking to customers in the forum, not Sky, Sky won;t reply to you, notr would thye know who you are froma forum post.
Threats to leave Sky won't get you any response from Sky either.
