My Sky router has all three green lights on but it is not connecting to my SkyQ box

My Sky router has all three green lights illuminated but does not connect to my SkyQ box, I have reset the system by pressing theWPS button but the system is still not connecting to my television. My tablet and IPhones are connected to the WiFi.
