My Sky q box won’t turn on.

It’s stuck on amber, and the Blue ‘Q’ button periodically comes on bit won't turn on. Tried turning off at the mains but all this does is flick tut light between orange and amber

Sounds like a faulty box. I’ve escalated your post to Sky's Community Messaging team who will invite you to a private chat shortly and help you with this.
